Dolphin Dive began as London, Ontario's first baby spa. Our founder, Dhara Upadhyay, is a mom of two with a background in Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery, and a lifelong passion for supporting babies and new parents.
Families kept asking us the same thing: can you help me too? So we grew. Today registered massage therapists, a physiotherapist, an osteopath and acupuncturist, a lactation consultant and a yoga teacher all work under one roof, so a baby float and a massage for you can share one trip.
